We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our standard for this website. We build with semantic, keyboard-navigable markup, clear focus states, sufficient color contrast, and descriptive text for images, and we test as the site evolves.

Accessibility is not a one-time task. As we add and update content, we review it against our accessibility standard and correct issues we find. If parts of the site fall short of our target, we treat that as a defect to fix — not an acceptable state.
